Terms of service.

IntakeKit is a software-as-a-service tool that automates client intake for professional services firms. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

One tier · $49/month, billed monthly via Stripe. First three intakes are free. Cancel anytime via the customer portal — your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

You may not use IntakeKit to intake unlawful inquiries, harass third parties, or store data in violation of applicable law (including HIPAA-covered health information without a separate BAA).

You own the intake submissions and workspace settings stored in your account. We are a data processor with respect to that data. See the Privacy policy for details.

IntakeKit uses Anthropic Claude to classify intakes. AI verdicts are advisory — you remain responsible for any business decisions made based on them. We make no guarantee of classification accuracy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account owners with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
